Drilling mud storage tanks for JSC UKRTRANSGAZ

Such tanks allow storing saline solutions, various water-based process fluids (industrial water, natural drilling fluids, clay and non-clay solutions, inverse emulsion solutions).
Tanks are equipped with the necessary control-measuring and technological equipment, for example, a level gauge, metal hoist. For ease of maintenance, the design of the tank provides a hatch for cleaning, hinges for fastening and installation, ladder, cast-iron valves, railings, and skids.
At the special request of the Customer, a protective paint-and-lacquer coating with a total thickness of 280 microns was applied to protect the outer surface of the tank from corrosion, which ensures the overall safety of the structure, as well as the color and gloss of the coating during prolonged exposure to ultraviolet radiation.
