🎨 Anticorrosion Protection (ACP) of Steel Structures (DSTU ISO 12944)
We perform a full cycle of anticorrosion preparation and application of industrial coatings with a coating durability warranty of up to 25 years.
Shot Blasting Surface Cleaning
- Cleaning grade: Sa 2½ – Sa 3 according to ISO 8501
- Surface roughness: Rz ≥ 40 µm (according to ISO 8503)
- Booth capabilities: Cleaning structures weighing up to 50 tons and maximum dimensions of 24 × 3.6 × 3.6 m
Painting and Drying Booth
- Booth inner dimensions: 26 × 6 × 5.3 meters
- Max product dimensions: length up to 24 m, weight up to 50 tons
- Temperature regimes: drying at temperatures from +15°C to +75°C
