• Controlled drying modes: the temperature in the booth is regulated in the range from +15°C to +75°C.
• Climate control and filtration: the booth is equipped with an automatic ventilation, recirculation, and multi-stage air filtration system. This guarantees consistently high coating quality without dust and runs, regardless of the season and outdoor weather conditions.

Corrosion Activity Classes and Coating Durability (DSTU ISO 12944)

We select paint and varnish material systems (PVM) and layer thicknesses in accordance with the conditions under which the finished facility will operate (according to the international standard DSTU ISO 12944):

• Category C2 (low activity): temperate climate, rural areas, unheated buildings with minor condensation formation.
• Category C3 (medium activity): urban and industrial environments with moderate air pollution (e.g., production workshops, warehouses).
• Category C4 (high activity): industrial zones, coastal areas with moderate salinity, chemical plants.

Guaranteed coating durability is up to 25 years (subject to compliance with operation regulations and correct selection of the protection system for the relevant C2–C4 environment).
