PJSC «Ukrsteel Dnipro Steel Structure Plant» provides high-precision laser sheet metal cutting services for industrial and construction purposes. The use of ultra-powerful modern laser systems (with a capacity of 6 kW up to 30 kW) allows cutting rolled sheets from 2 to 50 mm thick with minimal kerf width and ideal edge quality — burr-free and with a minimal heat-affected zone.

We work both with our own metal rolling stock and with customer-supplied materials. Thanks to the region's unique worktable size of 2.5 × 12 meters, we accept large-sized sheets up to 12 meters long for processing in a single cycle, which significantly minimizes waste and reduces costs for further welding and metal structure assembly.

The equipment's dual-pallet system ensures uninterrupted production — while finished products are being unloaded from one pallet, cutting of the next batch is already underway on the other.

A distinct advantage of our equipment is the execution of 3D cutting and beveling (V, X, Y shapes) directly for welding, which significantly shortens the subsequent part processing cycle.
